Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) occupies the critical middle ground between full residential treatment and outpatient care — providing an intensive, structured level of clinical support for individuals who have completed medical detox or residential treatment but are not yet ready to navigate recovery independently.
This also serves well those whose dependency and co-occurring conditions are severe enough to require daily clinical contact without the necessity of overnight residential admission.
Clients attend our facility for a full structured day of therapeutic programming — including individual therapy, group sessions, psychiatric monitoring, and skills-based recovery work — before returning home or to a supported living environment each evening.
This model preserves the clinical intensity that early and mid-stage recovery demands while allowing clients to maintain family connections, employment where feasible, and the practical rhythms of daily life that full residential admission necessarily interrupts.
For clients transitioning out of our residential Amphetamine & Stimulant Recovery Program or our Medical Detox, PHP serves as the bridge that prevents the dangerous vulnerability of the immediate post-discharge period — the window in which relapse risk is statistically at its highest and clinical support is most needed.
Our PHP is not a reduced version of our residential programming.
It is a purpose-built, clinically distinct level of care with its own therapeutic curriculum covering relapse prevention, emotional regulation, cognitive recovery, family reintegration, and practical life skills for sustaining sobriety in real-world environments.
With our specialist clinical team — including LCSW members and the broader multidisciplinary staff — delivering daily structured support, clients in our Partial Hospitalization Program receive a genuine continuation of high-quality care rather than the abrupt step-down that leaves so many people in early recovery dangerously exposed.
